By the way, I know I say this every time I see him, but every time I see him he plays well, and that's Austin the keeper. Best youth keeper I think we've had since I've been watching them.

Quick post about yesterday's game.

We dominated the second half. Maghoma was clumsy leaving a leg out but it was more in desperation as they countered.

I thought it was a generally good performance, Lock did really well for our goal. We were a little lucky as the defender smashed the ball off his hand in the build up which fell in his path. Good header hy Griffiths.

I will caveat this by saying it was very windy day so passing was effected by while appearing but I felt Maghoma seemed very care less. Looks a languid talented player but he seemed to think he was a different level and caught a lot and wasted good positions but I liked he tried things. Probably just had one of those days.

As I said before Hinds and BLF, more so Hinds, yesterday so clever and thoughtful. His touches to go round people, feints, back heels, link up, and passing is very good. Not a KWP dribbler, but I think he is very good. I don't know whywl but I feel he should/could do more or affect games more. Just a feeling. A bit like early JO in that sense even now sometimes.

Another me took to Richards came on and changed things again. He sold 2 defenders letting a ball roll through him, went into a heavy 50/50 and won. Harsh butn him as he doesn't get starts. I also felt bad for Oteh who while rated at 16s never came on and made me feel he deserved to be starting which isn't easy from a sub anyway. But Richards is doing well and has a good all round game.

Other goings I noticed Clarke had his leg brace off which is great. I've hyped h before but he's clearly coming off a long injury so hopefully still has that same ability. He was doing spring with Bowden and burning him so still has good pace.

Also add it's rare that not all 3 subs are used at this level and says a lot Tainio or Poch weren't used. Feels like they are in the academy to appease people. Though I'll caveat with haven't seen Tainio yet and not seen Poch since he's entered our u18s but never fancied h before.

Also @Spurzinho , @Hercules or @Breezer. I know you guys have some inside knowledge on some academy players. Any of you know what's going on with Thorpe. Talented but not featured at all yet as far as I know. Assumed injured but has played recently for Wales. Know what's going on?

out of the drop zone and up into 9th, wooo.

interestingly, we're 2nd for goals scored but bottom for goals conceded so it's clear where we need to improve. thought we'd have moved to a back three to emulate the first team by now but we seem to be sticking with the four, at some point i'd like to see us go with hinds rwb, eyoma rcb, tanganga cb, brown/lyons-foster lcb and bennetts/tsaroulla/brown lwb.

Little summary of CCVs season thus far from a Sheffield journalist. Seems promising and worthwhile, especially given the 3 ATB formation and spreading the ball around from defence style...
It'd be awesome if they get promoted, would be great to keep Cam there to get the game time in a good defensive system in the prem. The expierence would be a massive boost especially for a defender.

You very rarely see a player on loan for 2 years at same club.I think if foyth performs this season he will be sold.
