Do we have a really good record in early 12.30 KO Or is my memory playing tricks on me.Anyone got stats since poch been in charge.
It must be quite a specific regime considering have to be at ground by 11 Am . I’d imagine there’s quite a lot of variation in how teams prepare.Seem to remember Arsenal are notoriously bad at early KO.

I think it's better for the away team as there doesn't seem to be as much atmosphere which may affect the home team. It seems to take a fair bit of time for the atmosphere to build

This. I remember a number of London derbies at 12:30 being boring draws, probably for the simple reason that there was no time for the fans to sink a few pints.

Pre Poch - Kaboul winner at the Emirates was a Saturday lunch time kick off!

Anyway the two away ones this season have gone to plan.

I always think early kick offs favour the away team. It’s almost the exact opposite to the disadvantage you have away under the floodlights and the crowd slightly sloshed, loud and raucous.

Instead all the lads who usually sing are hung over and the atmosphere is usually pretty dead.
