Buddy for Juan Foyt...
Home grown....
Premiership experience
No expectation of regular footie
Temperament fits club culture for past experience
Good with feet
Tall

Smart placeholding signing for our squad....

Only issue is we use the sweeper keeper to bolster our high line and it's hard to imagine him having good pace or acceleration with his build so unlikely to ever challenge even our number 2 gk

We're clearly waiting for Sanchez to be completed before announcing this one, having to wait a few days before announcing Sanchez and some fans would have flipped.

Our coaching staff know him well. Most likely he has a good professional attitude and will be important in the day to day work at the training ground for our group of GKs.

How many of our third choice goalies have actually played any games?

(haven't really looked into this, maybe there are loads, but it feels like he's unlikely to play, if he stays 3rd in the list)

Probably not many. But should lightening strike you never know.

Like most others here I had never heard of him but I'n somewhat surprised at the ridicule his signing has led to - especially as you say he is third keeper. He's 25 and rather than growing up as a prodigy he has had to grind his way through his career to our third choice spot. If nothing else that earns some respect in my book.

I think since a young age, it's been understood that PG has talent - having read The Nowhere Men, there's a game attended which focused on his potential which a few clubs acknowledged at the time, early in his career.

He seems to lack consistency but as a currently 3rd choice option, 25 year old goalkeeper who our coaching team know well, i don't think we can go wrong here.

To be fair, some of the rich bitches that will be traipsing around in there, I would possibly quite happily club their tunnels.

Thought he did very well today all things considered

Might have got lucky early on but made 3 very good saves

The weird thing is that unless Lloris and Vorm are struggling with their injuries, that could well be the only time he plays for us. And he got MotM and a clean sheet!

I didn't realise how bloody gorgeous he is . Feel like him and Llorente have bumped us up the dashing league!
