As poor as we’ve been, can’t help but think these wankers have got us at the right time. Midweek must have taken its toll on Eriksen, Son and Dier, both Harry’s not fit either.

Yep. It sure had thst feel about it. Throw on no Toby or Vic and perhaps something going down eve of the game with Rose (again).

Players should be fined a weeks wages for that, Sanchez and Verts the only two that can hold their heads high after that.

Bad performance, not as bad as some are making out imo, but not not good enough

Anyway still above them and will be the end of the season. They're like we were a few years ago, having to hang on to winning the derby as overall they'll finish below us and that we're superior

Thank god for Sanchez today (our one) what a signing he has been....! the rest of the team need to take a long hard look at themselves and don't want to hear any shit about bouncing back / putting it right on Tues... you need to stop with these fucking awful performances, it happens too often

personally I think Poch got it wrong why we just didn't setup solidly and play on the break is mystifying...

Why can`t we play to Llorente strengths just seems like a waste at the moment.

Kane was not fit and Alli just not on it at the moment.,, Eriksen looked drained we really need to buy someone who can hare the load with him!!

Well deserved towelling. Superior in every department, don't let the offside calls cloud that.

Sort of game we could really have done with a fit Lamela and Wanyama.

Eriksen, Kane, Alli, Sissoko, Dembele all absolutely inept.

We lacked passion throughout the game, We also did not create mny chances due to lack of service to our strikers.

I can't agree about Sissoko - he's so one dimensional and clumsy - I think he is an awkward fit and I'm worried that MoPo seems to see so much in him. We're not a better team with him in it. Full stop.
MoPo's set up was all wrong - it's not that Eriksen was bad - he needs to be fed the ball and in his favoured position from the start - it's the job of players like Sissoko, Kane & Dele (who is awful week in week out) to feed him and create space for him - Sissoko - doesn't have that kind of footballing brain.
If you think he's one dimensional then it's because you're myopic. I really can't stand this scapegoating of Sissoko. We didn't play well at all, they played as well as they can. There were three players who didn't turn up: Kane, Alli and Eriksen.

Big mistake by Poch by playing a clearly unfit Kane and Alli. God knows why we signed Llorente... he’s good at two things, holding the ball up and heading the ball... good attributes except we never cross the bloody ball.

The more you blame the ref the bigger the problem becomes. Focus on our own failings, otherwise performances like these will keep happening. The first goal was bollocks, yes, but we did not turn up. Even without the first goal, they would have inevitably broken us down.

They allowed us to have the ball the entire second half and we did almost nothing with it. Very poor overall.
