Well 3 draws at home and a defeat plus 2 defeats away as usual to the teams around us what does poch expect, can't and won't be in a title race with form like that.

Our squad is just not big or strong enough to play two games in the week. We rely on Kane, Erikson, Delli, Vert and Sanchez so much that we can't afford to rest them. It takes a toll. Let's hope we can get some reinforcement in January.

Title is done but tbh I never thought we were in with a shout for the title this season with us being at Wembley. Finishing top 4 so we are in CL for next season back at WHL and maybe a cup is what I hoped for. We'll finish top 4, I have no doubt about that.

Let's see what happens if we can get rid of the hailstorm of injuries to key players. Here are some comparative statistics.

At present, we have the same number of league points after 13 matches as we had last season: 24.

Comparing league matches against the same opposition, we have 1 point fewer than we had last season.

Last season, our league goals records after 13 matches was 19 scored, 10 against. This season it is 21 scored, 10 against.

Last season, after 13 league matches, we were in 5th position. Same this year.

We've done that without the two players who were the rock of our midfield last season: Wanyama and a fully-fit Dembélé. We've also had Lamela, Alderweireld, Kane, Alli, Rose, & Lloris missing for some or all of that time. We've also done it while playing half of our matches at Wembley.

As for cup results: last season at this point, our cup record was 2 wins, 1 draw & 4 losses. This season it is 5 wins, 1 draw & 1 loss.

Man City are streaking away with the league, which is distorting perceptions. At this time last season, I think Chelsea were just getting into the stride of their 13-match winning streak, so the gap to the top wasn't so big.

Don't buy the false impression that we're getting worse results this season. We aren't. After 20 matches, our all-competitions record is 12 wins, 4 draws & 4 losses (40 points @ 2.00 points/match). Last season, our record after 20 matches was 8 wins, 7 draws & 5 losses (31 points @ 1.55 points/match)

I never believed before the season started that we would win the league, I don’t even think there will be a title race this season unfortunately I think City will run away with it. But I’m still very confident that we will finish Top 3 and hopefully we can go far in the CL and maybe win the FA Cup

Injuries are not the reason we can't break teams down this issue was there last year and the year before with a fully fit team.

I never expected to be in a title race either I still think we will finish 5th/6th with not playing at the lane a slight factor plus not as inspiring this season for me Madrid game apart.
