Sounds like Lamela has done what he does best and that is force the pace of the game and look to go forward. Quality player but quality attitude is what we have missed recently. A fit Lamela takes a lot of pressure off Eriksen and Dele. A fit Lamela is a real foil for the right back

We've become arrogant. In all of our draws or losses this season we've strolled around in the first half expecting "lesser" teams to lay down for us. This isn't a Wembley problem. It's a mental one. No way can a team demolish Real and Dortmund and yet piss away so many points in the league, and the league cup, if there isn't a mental issue.

Still, at least we can finally have a break from the "we're gonna win the league" bollocks....and maybe Poch can stop wanking off over his book and realise that implying the cups don't matter might yet be his undoing, because we could be in 7th by the end of the week.

Having said all that, please let's still get behind our lads against Watford.
