Wonder if they are serious?Already spent a few quid. But to reach Just top 6 level you have to be talking £300-£500m.No idea how FFP fits into this or if it even still exists.Although it would make it tougher for us I kind of wish they’d scrap FFP.It’s kind of exciting seeing a club with a history like wolves re-emerge.Torn on it really,it makes for a more exciting league all round. But as said makes the job harder for us,but then I suppose more rewarding if you do achieve something. If this wolves stuff is true and Newcastle got a serious owner.Imagine 8 serious contenders for 4 CL places.

Don't suppose many people know it but it wouldn't be their first time, in fact they may well have been the inspiration for the European cup.

I wouldn't read too much into it...

A hallmark of being Chinese is that u always have to talk about reaching for the highest level. You are not suppose to say anything negative as it is bad luck and might actually happen.

They can only say stuff like "we will always improve" "we will make it to the top" "we will strike it rich" etc etc...

At the end of the day... It will take 3 to 4 seasons before we see if they can challenge for an Europa league spot. A long way more to go.

Not sure it would take that long tbh.I think the gap between bottom 14 and top of championship is less than ever. Not really sure why or how but it is.Theres probably about 25 clubs that will constantly inter change over next 10 years for those 14 places. But I think if a club spent Say £75m they could easily get top half.

They had a coach with a Chinese surname for a long time. That was Sammy Chung. i have a soft spot for Wolves all because of Derek Dougan.

£75 mil doesn't exactly buy much these days. If they had a real name of a manager it might be possible but it would take 4-5 years and at least double the £75 mil for them to get up to 7th imo.

They can pretty much get whoever they like. They are effectively now Jorge Mendez FC . Once in PL expect some crazy transfers.

My new 2 nd team while in championship. Absolute delight to watch. 5-1 win today. Those orange tops could be the yellow of Brazil.:p

Aren't they owned by an investment company? I can't see they'd just pump endless money into the club.

They’re arrogant now. Had a whole pub full of them when I was watching the NLD. They were playing Reading, so stopped off at the pub I was at. And one was saying Kane was overrated, Rooney with hair. I just laughed, my mate piped up and said stick to the Championship. And he replied, might be in the Championship but still richer than you now.

I was like, you arrogant twat. A little bit of money and it goes to their heads. Hope they end up flopping. Dirty dingles.

Do you reckon if we dangle Sissoko in front of them for £35m they'd bite? Do they have television there yet?
