Hi all
I have comeover from China to lookafter my dad and my folks have all said for me to get to both the West Ham and Wimbledon games!
I'm not a member and have problems with ticketmaster
I want to get something sorted- any advice or do I simply rock up and pay a tout?

Plenty of tickets available for the West Ham game although probably can't buy unless you're registered with the club already. I would try contacting the club to say you're coming over from China.

Not many available for the Wimbledon game, mainly single seats.

I'm taking my step daughter to her first ever game on Sunday (she was a Chelsea fan when they moved in with me 2 years ago ).

We're thinking of driving up there. Does anyone know how much the Wembley car park is and do you need to pre-book or can we just turn up?

Thanks.

I don't know, but I imagine it's A LOT and you'll be stuck in crazy traffic around the stadium. If you're going to drive then I'd suggest either driving to Kenton (which is 3 stops on the tube from Wembley Central) or Kingsbury ( 1 stop from Wembley Park).

I thought I'd seen somewhere that it was £20, but if it's any more than that we'll probably get a train. Was just hoping to avoid the tube.

Looking at how few tickets are available there's going to be a bigger attendance than I expected.

The official one is a complete piss-take, its about £40.
What I do is park at one of the industrial estates, they all sell spots for about £15, its about a 5-15 minute walk to the stadium, depending on how close you can find a spot.

£40 in the multi story next to the designer outlet village. I think it's the same in Red & Yellow.

The multi storey is the Red one. The Pink is just an open car park fairly unmade up and still £40. the yellow is for away fans or disabled drivers I think as well. The industrial estate locally is a good option. Otherwise park for free a couple of tube stops away

That's a total piss take and I wouldn't pay it out of principal. For another £25 you could park on a double yellow and pay your parking ticket early!

Hell yeh! Have had to use someone's drive only once before. I intend on using our spot tommorow .
I’ve always got a space at the station but obviously cost a fiver.

Always thought about going down the road to car park behind the shops.

Never tried the other station down the road yet though

I found these comments from Joe Cole quite interesting. Regarding getting used to the surroundings at the stadium.

https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foo...helsea-Joe-Cole/amp?__twitter_impression=true

The Tottenham boss sets up an attack vs defence scenario with some of his players using the whole width of the pitch, as the forwards practice their crossing and finishing and defenders work on their clearing and interceptions just minutes before the real action starts.

Cole believes it helps the players get used to their surroundings ahead of the match.

He also believes it gets into the mind of the opposition, who look to pick up any little tactic they can before the match.

“They’re very useful,” Cole said while working as a pundit on Sky Sports.

“We used to do them at Chelsea.

“I think what it does is it puts you in the mindset and distances of where you’re actually going to be on the pitch.

“Sometimes we used to do that because you know the other manager is watching and you used to change it around, some would play in different positions.

What it does it gets you in the right positions, gets you in the habit of occupying the box and getting in at the far post if you’re a winger for instance.

Don't judge! but I've just come into some financial difficults. Is it totally illegal and totally stupid of me to sell me season ticket online to someone I don't know for the remainder of this season?!!

Yes it is against the rules to sell it on.

If they were to cause any trouble of any kind it would be you who would have your rights to tickets removed.
