Had it muted and in the background until the red card in the Lyon game. Insigne's goal was very nice. Too bad he is their 'Harry Kane'.

From the other game, if Lyon are not r***** and pillaged by the big boys they will have one of the best MFs in Europe in a couple years: Tousart, NDombele, Aouar. Great balance, technique, and dynamism in abundance. And Genesio is the perfect guy for the job.:troll:

Lyon game wasn't one of the BT options unfortunately. Now into the second half of Atlanta v Dortmund game, really hope Atlanta can do it, think they've been one of the quiet stories of this season.

No matter how they try and cut it Arsenal were beaten at home by a team that played their hearts out despite being three goals down from the first leg....awesome !!

So cruel. Gomez wasted a glorious chance to wrap the game up for Atalanta and Dortmund have finally carved them open. Very harsh on Atalanta.

Not sure they can get by Dortmund or Atletico. Lyon, Lazio, RB Leipzig and Milan also tough opponents. Much tougher path than Man United last season, imo.

Dortmund v Arsenal would be a lottery jamboree, both teams make chances but neither defend particularly well doing it. Arsenal are easily capable of fucking it up, but there are no teams left that they need to overly shit themselves about either. Napoli were the best team left in it.

Round of 16 draw:

Lazio (Italy) v Dynamo Kiev (Ukraine)
RB Leipzig (Germany) v Zenit St Petersburg (Russia)
Atletico Madrid (Spain) v Lokomotiv Moscow (Russia)
CSKA Moscow (Russia) v Lyon (France)
Marseille (France) v Athletic Bilbao (Spain)
Sporting Lisbon (Portugal) v Viktoria Plzen (Czech Republic)
Borussia Dortmund (Germany) v Salzburg (Austria)
AC Milan (Italy) v Arsenal (England)

Goons in the tie of the round, which is great. Dortmund will be pleased, probably Lazio and Atleti too although they have longer travels.

So they’ve got Milan. Are they any good?

Hopefully they knock them out.
Was in Milan over the weekend and saw them pick up a 1-0 win against Sampdoria but they weren’t very good and Arsenal ‘should’ get past them relatively comfortably.

Best draw they could get IMO (from their perspective) as it’s still got some glamour but they should still make it through.

Arsenal have a good chance of winning the whole thing if they get past Milan.
Would probably put them joint 3rd favourites at this moment in time (maybe lower as they don’t have any strikers available for Europa games)
  1. Atletico Madrid
  2. Dortmund
  3. RB Leipzig / Arsenal
