I would describe myself as 'quietly confident'....on our day there really is no-one to beat us and at home we have looked exactly that....'at home'. I'm certain it will be an extremely tough match and would never underestimate Juventus but I'm also sure we have enough weaponry to blow them away tonight, provided every single player is up for it. They will surely need little motivational chat from Poch before kick off and it is yet another chance to prove just how wide the gap is now between us and 'you know who'.
COYS !!

What gives me confidence is that Juve have to score. If we were a goal down, I’d be extremely nervous.

So providing we don’t start in the same ‘deer in headlights’ fashion and conceding early on, then the scoreline going into the game suits us fine.

Very much in the same way as our group games vs Madrid and Dortmund (Liverpool in the league also), teams that come out to attack are very susceptible to our excellent counter attacking game.

Also, I’m hoping that the fact that Allegri has slagged off our defensive capabilities again, this time claiming we are worse than Lazio (stats do not back this up), I’m hoping this will be the motivation for our defensive unit to prove a point and remain solid, with no silly errors.

Roll on tonight! COYS!

We got the advantage of playing at home for the final leg and we got two goals against Juventus. Let's get it on, lads!

I hope Pochettino uses Allegri's comments about our defence as motivation.

And yet they couldn't score from open play against our rabble of a defence.

Sounds good in theory, but that's what Allegri tried to do when they went 2-0 up in the first leg. They invited pressure and we boxed them in with the high press.

I always think we're worse when teams really press us. If I was Allegri I would attack, the first goal will change the game and it might not be something we're expecting.
I hope that we learned from the start of the away leg.

A Polish guy I know tells me tonight's ref is quite whistle happy around the box, and is known for it in Poland.

Nervous?...nah. It's only Notts County with an accent.

I tagiatelle what, Lambretta win this. Keep a clean lasagna sheet, you know, no penne's, and I think we're all good.

Ciao.

I just hope we score the first goal.....although obviously i'd take a nil nil bore draw right now!

You just know if they score first there will be time wasting, diving, feigning injury etc. The usual tricks.

Hoping for a performance tonight.

Don't mind exiting the competition to Juventus, as there's not really anything to be ashamed of there, providing we play well and don't make silly mistakes.

If they score a couple of worldies, then fair enough.

That said, if we play like I know we can, we'll dick them.

Should be interesting!

Does anyone know which blocks the away fans are in tonight? Are they east stand still. Trying to work out if I am opposite or next to them. It’s important.
