Craig Bellamy comes out of it surprisingly well, too...for a psycho
So do I
Made some very smart, logical, points.

Plans to quite at 50? Nope. I am not having that. He better not leave us then.Genuinely love this man. Very few managers seem to really get it and love it in the way he does. Never change Poche, even if you ever leave. He will definitely go down, titles or not, as one of my favorites ever.

He's magic, you know...say it again...we had to go through a lot of fucking karma to get where we are but we have our mojo back and this man has a hellava lot to do with that
We played a team that has been in 2 european finals in 3 years. And look at the group we had. Now compare it to the draw's that City, Liverpool and Man Utd have had. I'd fully expect the latter 2 to have struggled against Juventus as well. Poch's also taken us to one final and one semi final. I think we'll reach the FA Cup final as well this season. It is bizarre how good Poch has been in the league but how bad he has been in cup comps, for a brilliant manager his knock out record is awful
We have had some very lucky draws but if you look at his record against prem teams and in europe i think we have got through 3 out of 14 ties, and only beaten Burnley, Leicester and Newcastle, i may have missed a few out
Whenever we get drawn against anyone any good we go out
Its an odd statistic which reflects badly on such a great manager, we lose and play well too often in big games for it to continually be bad luck
Yep but in both the semi and final we lost as soon as we played anyone decent, and in general the cup record has been pretty much thatWe played a team that has been in 2 european finals in 3 years. Palace, West Ham, Leicester?God forbid losing to teams that are better than us at football, perish the thought.
Palace, West Ham, Leicester?
You think 3 out of 14 cup games against prem teams or euro matches is not worthy of comment?
which i was and was the whole point of my postIf you're only taking our cup performances in isolation it is.
