Son is now better than Gareth Bale ever was for us. Before you call me ridiculous or disagree, actually think about it.
If Son was the star in that team from a few years ago instead of Bale, he would’ve stood out just as much.

Asian players have never really got a fair roll of the dice in the Premier division, for whatever reason, but I can't think of an Asian player to have made such an impact at the top end of the league. Kagawa at United is the only other I can think of to genuinely get the plaudits, but I don't recall him being about very long.
