I hope to see computers directly communicating to our brains. Sight, sound and all our other senses are just electrical signals that are interpreted by our brains. You could record the signals in a footballers brain and transmit them into yours and you could be that player, just not having control.

The interesting thing is, it’s hard to judge just how big we could be. Historically if you went back to 60s 70s we were best supported club in London. If we had sustained success for say 5–10 years the growth could be huge. I definitely think a 70k stadium would have been a realistic option. But as said we’ve squeezed out every inch. The south and west could definitely not go bigger with hotel and high road. North you’d have to knock down lillywhite house which I guess is possible. And east might be possible with diverting the road. I think if the demand became huge and we have sustained success it might be considered.

there seems to be an awful lot to do still, to be usable by aug/sept, its not even water tight yet. dont get me wrong, the progress has been astounding. but just seems like such fine margins.

What surprised me is that they didn't show as highlighted on the map but when trawling around I came across at least one other area but not sure where. I will look later

Bought my concession ST today (Phase 4) and had to try several different times because the seats I initially selected were designated family areas but were not specifically shown as such on the web site stadium maps until you tried to buy the seat.
I now have a seat in a completely different block to where my friends, whom I've been sitting next to for the last 6 years, are sitting. The club managed to seamlessly move us all together, without our asking, to the Wembley stadium so I don't understand why they couldn't have done the same for the move back to the new stadium.

Contact the club via their email asking that to be considered. You never know.

This and similar questions have popped up all over this thread and I'm not sure anyone has tried to answer them,.

Reading between the lines of the club's emails and statements when preparing for this Big Sell, it was screamingly obvious that the decision to try to move blocks together to Wembley was anything but "seamless". There's plenty of internal evidence in their tactfully-put releases that it was a fucking nightmare for the club, with a vast amount of additional work, a lot of disappointed/angry/fussy fans and quite a bit of administrative chaos.

It's plain enough to me that they just said "never again" in their internal planning meetings and decided not to go there. I can't prove it, but to me, it's just obvious from the wording of the emails and the intro pack. You have to read between the lines a bit.

Unfortunately what not moving people together could mean is that apart from the South stand there possibly won't be any other singing sections in the stadium, as people who sing will be mixed with people who don't.

From my experience many season ticket holders don't sing anyway, they just enjoy a 90 minute moan?

You don't even have to read between the lines. It was mentioned in the minutes of the last THST meeting what a nightmare moving blocks together to Wembley was, so it's no real surprise that they tried something different.

I don't think they would be taking season ticket money if they weren't pretty sure of timings?

Not surprising, perhaps, but certainly disappointing.

You would think that doing something for loyal 'customers' for which the only cost would be more difficult administration would not only be done but would also be a priority. Not only would it be good PR - and perhaps ameliorate the residual bad feeling about the ticket price hike - but it would also make the experience of those 'customers' more enjoyable and therefore make them more likely to renew in future.

But then again, with Spurs, perhaps you wouldn't think that.

Be amazed how much can get done in 5 months. Have to remember as well they are 24/7 so equivalent to 10 months on a normal build. And the main structural work now is done. Really just the facade of the south stand and then its just finishing touches liking finishing the roof lol.
