Isn't it all funny how we used to all say that qualifying for the Champions League would catapult us into winning trophies, how wrong were we..
We all?Isn't it all funny how we used to all say that qualifying for the Champions League would catapult us into winning trophies, how wrong were we..
That list of teams you use screams WUM .... Bar Leicester it's a who's who of how not to run your football club
No wonder Spurs fans are laughing stocks.
We all?
With your whole seven posts on the site?
Yeah I'd like to be in the Championship or below that - Just think of that cup in the cabinet though, WORLD BEATERS!How is it WUM? I mean, them winning the cup is a fact. And they are teams without a lot of money. Everytime we lose against Man United or Chelsea, like in the last two semi-finals of The FA Cup, some people will always post the net spend table and the wage table. I think it's a bad excuse. There are many teams with a smaller budget than us that have been closer to win something.
Yes I'm the idiot, your posting history so far is legit.1. I don't get what that has to do with anything.
2. I used to be on here under a different name, just couldn't remember my login so had to re-start.
3. You're an idiot
Yes I'm the idiot, your posting history so far is legit.
I look forward to more gems from you moving forward.
I tried debating but I can't get down to other peoples level, how am I doing so far?Football and in context, this forum is about opinions.
Your posting history would suggest, you don't post opinions, you just post complete pointless rubbish and get into arguments with other users, grow up.
It's kinda hard to take you seriously is all I am saying ....I think it's about time Poch starts rightly so getting the stick he deserves, how many times does he make the same bloody mistakes with lineups, subs and general tactics? He's proving he's not learning a thing. He's a million miles from being this 'great' manager some like to make out. What has he done, even at Spurs that is so special? Would not have a problem at all if he were to leave, would be a shame in the sense he seems a really nice guy but in the footballing sense we would not be losing out.

I think we've come a long way in those four years. Challenging in the league, semi finals while are painful losses we are competing at a level that we haven't seen consistently in how many years? So what part of that is supposedly wrong?
- He does make mistakes with lineup, subs and tactics time and time again.
- Not a 'great' manager,
- Hasn't won anything
and yes I don't think he'd be much of a loss if he were to go, we were winning nothing before he came, and won nothing since he has come here. We've not done anything of note bar get Champions League football of which has been a case of the top four not being so good in the last couple years and then this year Chelsea and Arsenal faltering.
We've failed at every chance to actually win something, season after season and four years on none of it looks like changing. Why?

I'm not sure what you expected, obviously more than me, that's fine but throwing your toys out of the pram based on todays result and the fact that Poch is making mistakes ... As you say everyone is entitled to an opinion ...
You are missing the point smartass.
We can sit here and make excuses about net spend and wages. But the thing is, clubs with a significally smaller budgets and much worse players has won The FA Cup and The League Cup since the last time we won them. Blaming our losses on net spend and wages is pathetic. Look at the players we have and look at the players Man United have. How many of them are better than ours? Sure, we could upgrade our full backs (Man United full backs are not much better) and Sanchez, De Gea and Pogba are probably better than what we have. But other than that? I don't think so. A players salary is not a measure of how good he is. Sissoko is one of the highest earners in our club. Would you say he's our best player? We need to stop making excuses and realize we got players that are good enough to win something.
And we can keep talking about the project and thinking long term. Sure, that's good. But for how long can we wait? Look at Walker, he wanted to leave because he wanted to win things. And he got two titles in his first season. If we don't start winning things, players like Alli, Eriksen and Kane will probably leave. They are ambitious players.

You can't bottle a league you never lead ...Challenging in the league? When all of the normal top four were underperforming? Big wow, did we actually take advantage and win the league then or did we bottle the biggest opportunities we've had in god knows how long?
We're consistently FAILING when it matters and if you can't see that then you're evidently one of those happy clappers who couldn't care less about us pushing on and winning what matters, trophies.
Not really, it's football.Maybe come next year when we've lost Toby and whoever else and of course won nothing again, your tone will start to change
@rickyhayward
did you seriously just spend the last 10 minutes going through my posting history to give all my posts neg reps? Just because i positively rated some posts that criticised you?
You are beyond an embarrassment.
