Hurray! And at the expense of Chelsea/Liverpool. Conte on Sky at the moment looking like he's being spoon fed turds by a tap dancing Daniel Levy

100%

Anyone who thinks otherwise is understating how well we’ve done to finish above Chelsea, Arsenal, and potentially Liverpool.

We are a better team than all three of them and we have better players. Would have been interesting to see us at the old WHL this season and what we could have achieved because I think we comfortably 10pts a season better than Liverpool in terms of team ability.

Yes as a result of our management getting the maximum out of our resources and trading wisely whilst they arguably have done a worse job. Also the fact that we played at Wembley this season was a handicap that you just can't ignore either, those 10 points better than Liverpool have been left at WHL ;)

I agree it was a handicap. Hence why I said it would have been interesting to see us at the old WHL.

That said, the Wembley hoodoo was overblown. Poch teams always start the season slowly. Happened at WHL too.

I actually want Chelski to finish 4th. Can’t believe I’m saying that lol

Me too. I fucking hate Liverpool. But even more important than that is that Liverpool rely on revenue. It doesn't matter where Chelsea end up, they've got cash. If Liverpool miss out that hurts them a lot and increasing our chance of staying ahead of them.

Chelsea bottled it :)

not until the final whistle on Sunday, they can still get 4th if Liverpool lose and they beat Newcastle.

now come on Wet Spam and Watford, got a text off a Man U supporter, born and bread in Taunton:ROFLMAO: at halftime with the words "CHOKING", replied after final whistle with and if you lose both your last 2, and we beat Leicester i'll drive the 200 odd miles and slap his back:ROFLMAO:

anyway GOOD NIGHT BEDWETTERS:finger:

Funny scenario to think about, Liverpool loses and loses to RM in the final, Salah scores 0 goals on Sunday. Chelsea win. we win and Kane scores 4 goals. Liverpool miss out on CL and the golden boot

only 1 thing that would make that even funnier

Southampton 0 - Man City 6
Swansea 4 - Stoke City 0

Look at the Real result tonight. If that was Spurs they (or you) would all be saying "the first XI is great but the squad isn't good enough". It's an unrealistic dream to win multiple top competitions in one season these days. Especially when your home league is as competitive as the PL. Fergies boys won't happen again. We have to focus on consistency and the end goal should be consistently challenging for the premier league. If we pick up a few cups on the way then great. But we won't pick them up by targeting only them as there's too much luck involved. I'm behind poch 100%. It won't be built in a day. We are understandably impatient but I would challenge any Spurs fan to say that the journey so far has not been enjoyable ?

Just got back from Wembley. A fairly torturous first half but in the end we fell over the line, with help from Huddersfield.
Well done spurs for achieving top four three times in a row. Such an achievement, considering the Wembley factor. Looking forward to next season in the new stadium!

We got over the line before the last game! What a result! CL football at the new WHL.

Fantastic achivement by Poch and the lads, needed to grit our way over the line and they delivered.

Can sit back and watch Liverpool and Chelsea scramble over it now, and hopefully seal 3rd. Lovely jubbly.

Imagine if we finish 3rd, Chelsea steal 4th, then Liverpool win the Champions League and stop Chelsea from entering it. Payback's a bitch, bitch.
Wouldn’t happen, five teams can qualify fit CL from one league if one of those teams wins it end finishes outside top 4.
