I was fortunate to be able to walk round the stadium site yesterday and what i can say is 'wow' it really looks impressive, but there is still a huge amount of work to be done to get it finished in time (i don't know the end date is they wouldn't say but working on the basis that the test events should be in August it would around early August). Most of the work is around the South Stand as that has the least amount of cladding done and they are still installing the supportwork for this. At the North end the work is quite advanced and looks awesome.
A large part of the food/drink outlets are in place and look 95% complete with fridge etc in place. The bar at the bottom of the south stand is not complete but it is huge. Some of the boxes haven't to be fitted out yet but alot of that sort stuff is manufactured off site then bought in and fixed in place ie Joinery items and furniture.
One thing the guy who took me round did say is that Levy is not scrimping on finishes and paying guys to get the job done.

I wonder if this is the announcement due today in addition to CCV.

I seen the stadium in February... there's now way it'll be completed for August/September.

Wembley for a few months and then opening for the NFL in October.

Can't wait...get it right, don't rush the project.

It’s called using leaks to prepare people for what might be about to come. There’s no way this is all speculation. If it was all media bs, the club would have came out already with a statement stating otherwise with how far this has gone. They haven't up to this point.

People/ media have been saying for a year that it wont be ready. why would they release a statement for this one? It doesn’t make any sense

The club aren't going to release a statement for every BS story out there.
