I seem to recall Herc suggesting that we were mostly looking at under 23 type players. Yep here it is :
"Our signings are very good imho, by large. Think under the age of 23. Not hinting on any of the 2 cryptics!!!"
Plus he has said that de ligt and martial are our primary targets.

There is a clique on this site, nobody named, nobody shamed, who enjoys nothing more than to always take the side of the club. There is no reasoning with them or entering into a mutually productive dialogue or interesting discussion. They will always repeal any hint of a post that isn't fully glorifying the club. Just roll with it. Or not.

Buying an out of fashion player is being brave.
Just because we might be buying a player from the championship it does not mean we are buying all of them from there.
Also the price of one player is not necessarily indicative of our entire business.

I think it's fair to criticize the club after a transfer is complete or after the deadline (or even as we approach the deadline) but to criticize them two months out from the deadline for not completing a transfer yet is daft.
