Kevin Kampl blew us away in the CL.

Look, he’s a good footballer, no doubt, I just don’t think he’s quite the second coming that some do. But he’s only young so who knows.

If he has a release clause, why pay another 5 million? If another club pays the release clause they can speak to the player also?

Seems like the new Madrid boss might try and sign de Gea. I didnt realise his contract ends in June 2019. There’s going to be a mad scramble for him soon and you’d think Madrid would be trying for him this window. One to watch I reckon.

I think Arsenal are making the sort of signings they should be so far, just strengthening their core a little bit. They don't need big signings, they need smart signings.

Griezmann has apparently decided where he's playing next season but won't tell until the WC is over. Lemar in probably tells us that Griezmann is not gonna play for Atl. Madrid next season imo

Atletico are going to have to replace a lot of goals though, that isn't what Lemar offers.

Simeone might look to build the side in a different way. Maybe a 4-3-3 with Costa as central striker.

Haha yeah they were before at least. I don't know.

I don't follow Atletico closely but they should try to have Costa as their main man for at least another year, his style suits Simeone perfectly. Try to bring in another second striker/wing forward type for more goal threat. Maybe they plan to use Correa more?
