Desperately in need of new blood. I know we've got a couple of promising talents in our academy in Jamie Bowden and Troy Parrott. Obviously there's Declan Rice in the more immediately future and hopefully some good youngsters in other acadmies. The qusestion is how many of them will choose to play for Ireland.
