@Bus-Conductor why do you always watch matches 3/4 hours behind, do you live in the Amazon?

Work, life and shit. A better question is how the the rest of you fuckers are managing to watch three games, on weekdays, at 1,4 and 7.
WFH baby
the even better question is how we strategically get work done (by that I mean avoid work) to fit it in.Work, life and shit. A better question is how the the rest of you fuckers are managing to watch three games, on weekdays, at 1,4 and 7.
Yeah, but yo still have to do some W at some point.
That was a fascinating game. Iran were defensively outstanding and so nearly snatched a draw, which would have had them going joint top of the group. Spain deserved to eek out their victory, but that a side as good as them was limited to virtually no quality chances by a team like Iran was pretty impressive.
As I said during the game, I thought Spain were a little off their game and weren't patient enough (particularly first half) - you could almost see the pressure that was on them knowing this really had to be a win. Too many times they tried to force the play, and not even in understandable ways, it was constant low percentage stuff like the miracle ball played on the diagonal etc. Also didn't help that Vazquez and the two fullbacks (particularly Alba) were seemingly intent on handing the ball back to Iran every time they got a touch.....
Iran were very good though in their shape and really sealed off the centre of the park. They had Iniesta and Silva going wider and wider, beyond the halfspaces, to try and pick up the ball.
