So taking the Igi, Gards and (now deleted) ValYid info into account, my guess is all the prime targets have fallen through, maybe even Toby too, and Poch has just told Levy he'd rather stick with what he has than taking last minute punts.

Find that hard to believe with our CM situation but makes sense on why such negative news has broken.

It's been noted (JJ I think) that we walk away from deals because agents start playing games and that's not how we operate. Well, unfortunately this is the footballing world agents are going to agent and mess around, that's why we need to start paying up.

We will get left behind.

Where does it say that? I’ve seen that exact post hundreds of times this window and trust me a lot of them have been firm people who don’t “know” anything.

Unless he wants to elaborate I’m not gonna treat his views on Levy as fact

Gards is an SC ITK... He doesn't post often but he has a few times this window.

I just feel bad for Poch. He’s so talented, he’s got a really strong First XI, and he’s so close to making something truly memorable in terms of on field success. Yet, here we are 2 days before the window closes and we cant get a Championship midfielder over the line as our first (and likely last) signing.

I can’t really blame him if he’s looking elsewhere after this season. I’m not sure how anyone could.

Who's treating it as a fact? Honestly when was the last time we had any legit optimistic ITK? What are you all holding onto at this point?
