Just a question, how does all this bollocks a few days before the season starts, help the club? Im genuinely interested as levy apparently has our interest at heart after all. I just don't get how in his mind this window makes sense.
If Grealish shits claret and blue I’m fairly certain he won’t pass the medical.Sets it up for a Grealish transfer request and then the club can say they tried but there was nothing they could do
Obviously Villa fans think Grealish shits claret and blue and would never do that but we’ll see
Doesn’t make sense for Villa to be getting themselves deeper in FPP shit + negotiate with us for months to then just suddenly decide they’ll reject ANY offer. It stinks.
Must be pretty awful being strung along all summer being promised everything we can offer. Only for us to put in derisory offers to the club he loves at the last secondDepends if he kicks off.
Yeah he's a Villa fan but mentally I suspect his head is a bit scrambled.
Probably getting ready to go room with Kane for Spurs and England.
now he's back in a room with Alan Hutton and it's Preston away.
So... if what Sky reporting are true... how is Villa saying the player is not for sale at all Levy's fault?
Levy's fault for not getting it done before Villa had the takeover, sure. But now that's been done how is them saying no Levy's fault?
Other Clubs have sussed Levy out now. The Club need a new approach to transfer dealings.Honestly, if we actually decide we want Grealish, and fail to get him, then it'll be a new nadir for Levy's approach to negotiating.
If fucking Leicester can sort Maddison out weeks ago, why can't we do the same with a broke Aston Villa?
SKy Sources they say which usually means, some bloke hanging around the training ground.
Final attempt from Villa to push the price up, that's all. Playing chicken in the hope other big clubs will circle.
I'm guessing new owners thought Levy was trying to bend them over, and stopped the deal to "prove" they are tough negotiators also...I'm double confused by Trix's info in here now - made it sound like we managed to sort this deal out even after we all thought Levy fucked it
Because this should have been wrapped up ages agoSo... if what Sky reporting are true... how is Villa saying the player is not for sale at all Levy's fault?

There we go. Sky sold their small stake in Sky Bet this year to another company called The Stars Group. To get people to head to Sky Bet immediately...
