Do you need to lile every facet of the game, to enjoy the others? I don't like nasty tackles, John Terry, time wasting, arsenal, Suarez, shit weather or sky either - still enjoy the important bits. Why do you watch football then I think you’ll find the majority of football players believe in a god
every Brazilian is going to be a believer and praise god he does the hands to the Sky thing every time he comes on or scores I’m sure Kaka use to do the same

To the second point; the fact that "everyone" does something, doesnt make it right. I'm not going to go on a rant about religion here, just pointing out the massive flaw in thanking a god for prioritising personal sporting achievements over the lives and suffering of babies.
You lying hound ?Was joking about having mouras babies.
Sure. Freedom of belief and expression is important. Part of that freedom is to point out flaws in someones claims - such as in the postmatch interview. Not turning this into a religion issue but just before the kick off Lucas was seen to be standing with his arms outstretched and praying to his God.
I don't have any religion these days but do not deny the right to anyone else to believe what they wish.
If it works for them that's OK by me.
Hey - if I had the gear, I mightWas joking about having mouras babies.
Disagree. Think footballers who thank gods come off as pricks. If their god helped them win a football match, but keeps murdering babies - why are they thanking him?
I have been known to take things off topic but I ain't holding my hands up to any of the above. What I love SC for is "the owls are not what they seem":

Thank God for Let's Laugh at West Ham thread
Let’s not re-write history. They were the much better side for 30 mins and then were well in the game up until we scored our second. In fact even when we did they still were the attacking side. Yeah we played well but there were a number of bad performances in the first half. People keep saying Toby was fantastic, and yeah he was in the second half, but in the first half they bisected our CBS continually. It's a stunning result for a number of reasons. Over the years I came to dread this fixture but tonight we truly gave them a footballing lesson in their own back yard. Not one weak link in the team but without doubt the most satisfying part was that maybe, just maybe, we have found the strike partner for Harry. Kane's pass to Moura for the third goal showed Harry's confidence in the guy's attacking abilities and he did not disappoint.
He may as well be regarded as a new signing...but what an exciting prospect he looks.
Cheers lads, you made an old man very happy.....fantastic result.
