Most of the videos of the new stadium recently, have very few workers to be seen.... wtf.
Anyone would think we are resigned to not opening this season and the mad rush is over.
The alternative version is that most of the key operations were targeted to be done in time for the 15 Sept match and have been largely completed as planned. The rest of the work is mainly cosmetic or external and can proceed at a measured pace, without cramming the site with expensive extra operatives, while the key teams work on sorting out the fuck-up with the fire alarms.
What's the point in flooding the site to meet a target that has been postponed? Labour costs money and work done in a hurry generates more defects.
