Clinical half from us, done well in bring 2 goals ahead without Eriksen or Alli. Lamela is on fire, and Moura needed a game like this. Son for me while a danger going forward makes us look so exposed on our left wing.

This woman pundit brings no opinion. Have female pundits for female games, male pundits for male games, simple.

We need a 3rd early 2nd half. Hopefully then bring on Skipp for kane to protect him and would be a perfect opportunity for Skipp

Foyth is fine, but I'm worried strength/aerially if he's there yet. West Ham had Hernandez upfront for most of the game hardly an aerial threat

I really like Winks. We look so much more fluid when in possession and especially when going forward. However, I'm not sure he'll ever work in a two man midfield unless he has a proper CDM beside him.

Moutinho and Neves aren't exactly the best midfield pairing we'll come up against this season yet they completely steamrolls through or middle occasionally this first half.

Anyways, two fantastic goals. Let's keep going.

Good moves for both our goals.
Wolves unlucky with offside

Tbh I'd sub Kane for eriksen. He can't even seem to trap a ball right now, maybe he's just warming up who knows. But think our mid needs thickening up anyway

Shame about Dembele. We're threadbare
Skipp.

If we don't get a hold of the centre of the park this could go wrong.

Key to winning.

Kane doesn't have that killer touch this season at all. Last year he brings that down and smacks it in the net
Been playing with lead boots for a while now.

Not a great half from us. Pretty turgid at times before the goal.

Maybe the enforced shape change didn't help but just need to keep that two goal cushion for as long as possible (or extend it of course) and keep possession drawing them onto us.

Son has been pretty poor since coming on, taking forever to decide what to do, Lamela too has been caught with the indecisive bug, and Sissoko seems to have reverted to The Moussa we know and... erm, Love?:cautious:

Kane put in a dog shit performance for those 45 minutes, need to improve the second half. Winks is so proactive on the ball, always looking to play forward, love it. Sissoko has been decent for the past couple of weeks.

I see the nerds are on one Harry's back but the other can do no wrong, hilarious. Winks has barely played a forward ball and has lost his runner too many times as well.

HT and we are leading 2-0

Reading some posts in here, you'd think we were three behind.

Top four if the result stands, no home games this season and Dele, Eriksen and Jan being out injured for long periods.

In-fucking credible to read some of the posts in here.

It’s a strange season so far. Don’t think we’ve come out of second gear, yet two moments of quality have given us the lead. Kane looks lead footed, needs a goal.

Lamela, Moura, Lucas, Toby, Winks, Foyth all decent.

Eriksen please.

Wolves are a very tidy side.

On the plus side. Its nice to have a game that doesnt involve squeaky bum time. I can relax , enjoy my coffee, and think of those dedicated enough to head into the styx for this game. Theyve done us proud though singing their hearts out. Hope Kane gets 1 to settle him for the CL game. COYS

Hopefully we will start the second half on the front foot and get a third to kill the game off. With almost all our midfield players out injured we are struggling there so need to get the ball up to our front players

We are simply outmanned in central midfield, thankfully we have attackers that can turn the game on its head with just a sniff of goal.

It's an absolute disgrace that the club ever allowed the CM to get to this place. It's not as though we didn't know over the summer that Wanyama and Dembele were crocked.

If Kane can’t score against a back three which includes Ryan Bennett ex Grimsby CH then there’s no hope!

Probably as good as you could ask for without Vertonghen, Sanchez, Dembele, Eriksen, Dele and a DM.

Yep, plus Rose. When you think how many of those players a lot would consider first eleven, we've coped pretty damn well.
