Big risk playing Foyth over Toby.

Maybe Toby needs a rest with us playing 10 games in a month especially playing Barca in the next couple of weeks. But in Poch we trust and what a big game to play Foyth bedding him in for the future.

I am not too surprised by this, Toby has played a huge amount of games recently,

Good opportunity for Foyth, good to see poch has faith and he likes to throw the kids in the big games.

What the actual fuck? I like Foyth too but he has a mistake in the box in him amd we can ill afford those in these games. That is a massive call.

Maybe this is what meant by “being brave”?

In all seriousness that is a hell of a call for such a big game and one that makes me very nervous.

Let's get the Sissoko and Aurier tag team going again this match. Worked a treat against Chelsea both covering each others arse as play dictated. Pair of them keep one eye on Foyth along with the guidance from Vert's....time to twat the gooners.

Very surprised Foyth is in for Toby, other than that it's probably our best XI for an away game like this. Could debate Winks over Dier.

That front four always makes me confident.

I like Foyth, i love Poch's enthusiasm and confidence in youth, but Jan has played 1 game in 2 months and has barely ever played with in partnernership with Foyth.

unless Toby is struggling, has a cold, a muscle pull or whatever, not sure why you would take such a gamble?

Wow, scums team looks pretty average. Unless miki really steps up i cant see them being so good. The player i feared most is on the bench in lacazette!
The only question that remains is whether we will turn up? Because if we do then we win.

Huge gamble from Poch re Toby..... massive!
Just hope Foyth is solid as he has been and don't make any mistakes that cost us as it will be carnage in here.
COYFS - Please put in a solid performance today, no talk just show us on the pitch what you are capable of, we are more than capable of beating them in their back yard if we turn up

Big call on Foyth over Toby. Hopefully Dier & Sissoko can give the much needed cover to the back4

I'd like to think that Toby has a slight knock personally, because this is a game where his experience and general quality really shouldn't be overlooked. If you want to rest him you do it midweek not today.

Things I do for Spurs. Went to Wilder-Fury last night, partied all night in Downtown LA.

Got into my hotel at 3.

Now up at 5 to watch the game.

I would like to apologise for my previous twatty post regarding it not being on - but in my defence, my virgin tv box was saying SPL football was on. It is now saying Super Sunday!

Foyth over toby - didn't see that one coming.

Can understand it toby has played a lot of games recently, with jan coming back and foyth playing well i could see him being rested at some point. Nld? Not sure i'd have picked this game but we'll see.

Is he quicker than toby?
