It will barely ever be used. We only have to give allocations that size for FA Cup matches, and not too many teams will take more than 6k. A lot of those who would e.g. local rivals probably won't get it because we'll argue safety bollocks like everyone else. If I had to guess they'll be taking your seat once every two or three years.
