People wanted us to sign him on here for a long time.
Injured. Had a late fitness test. Nothing related to potential transfers. No Callum Wilson in the Bournemouth squad today.

Brooks still strikes me as the one we missed out on badly. Wonder why we never followed on with our interest of him.
I dunno if he is £40 mill. Good, but I agree, think there is loads of potential there and can play across the three behind a man up front.Looks quality, I’d still go for him even atthe now much higher price.
I came on this forum to say basically the same thing!Brooks still strikes me as the one we missed out on badly. Wonder why we never followed on with our interest of him.
I don’t mind Everton, I’d go as far as to say I actually like them as a club. One of those teams that you just associate with the PL but good god I’d get frustrated with the fans if I played for them. They moan so much! I know they haven’t started well here but the amount of games where the crowd are moaning and jeering within twenty minutes must make it so hard to motivate yourself in a game.

Think Spurs have lost that view point if trying to find young and British to place into the squad over the last few transfer windows, guess it comes with the progression(s) we have made!
Oh okay, I guess I find it odd with Brooks as he offered the multi positional option that Poch has been, all be it in the past, been known to favour. We were all over him and Maddison but, for what ever reason, didn't push on with our interest. It happens. There are a lot of footballers in the world.
