That's what I thought, but he was actually done for failing to provide breath tests, and I presume piss samples at the station.

Why are people still thick enough to think that refusing to do a breathalyser will get them off?

Saunders has clearly never seen an episode of traffic cops.

I would imagine so. Refusing is pretty much the same as being over the limit, but to get 10 weeks means it’s highly likely he has previous.

Just opinion but I can imagine him being a right pain in the arse after being stopped. That wouldn’t have helped either but wouldn’t necessarily add to his sentence.
