All these high pressure fixtures taking their toll on the players mentally. We shot ourselves in the foot today massively. Son and Foyth owe their team mates huge apologies - they just have to keep a lid on things.

We simply don't deserve to finish top 4. Have gone backwards at speed since getting beaten by United.

Poch hasn't had the tactical nous or experience to change to stop the slide.

Getting past City has papered over a lot of cracks.

Burnley, Southampton, West Ham and today. Damn lucky to scrape by Brighton. Weren't at the races against Chelsea.

Right now we don't even look like we are capable of scoring nevermind actually beating anyone.

Pathetic.

Wow Bournemouth are real crap. To think we almost got a point out of it.

Son let himself down. I mean it was just a push and normally people don't get sent off for that kind of thing but he needs to be more careful. If we kept our cool I'm sure the goal would have come with 11 men, but I was impressed how we managed with 9 for so much of the match.

Couldn’t have been much worse in the end.

Got a sneaky feeling we are going to batter Everton. Chins up lads. Still in our hands.

Agree think we'll beat Everton, I don't think Chelsea will best Leicester away or arsenal Burnley away.
although all the wrist slitters that permeate this forum are already convinced weve just finished 6th, lost to Ajax and will will head into admin in the summer

Great effort by nine men in the second half can still qualify for top 4 this weekend

Sonny better be keen to make amends on Wed...

Everton arent all that we can win next week... At home.

Fuckups from the other teams still very possible

Actually you can. Keepers cancel each other out. Corner taker is off the field. They kept one back so 8v8 in the penalty area.
it was before they lined up, to be fair. So it was before the player left back was out of the picture. He was just dreading a set piece right at the end. He knows Spurs, remember..

Yeah, blaming the referee is the correct thing to do, not the fucking donkeys named Son and Foyth. We will miss top 4 thanks to those idiots.
I blame the players for being dumbasses as if there is one player itchy to get the red out on us it’s that **** pawson

Wish a load of people on here would support the team even in this bad run of form. We all would of took Semi final of the CL and beat Everton at home to secure Top 4 in the league at the start of the season.

I think just as well, i am hoping this team does not make it to the Champions League. Totally undeserved and i think we need a total revamp over the summer. The players i am sorry are not good enough. Juan Foyth, never rated that guy at all and the faster we dispose him, the better for him. However having said that, there are many others who need to be shipped out. Levy, i hope this makes you feel happy. Your big stadium can now host the Europa games next season. Good luck baldie.

And that is because we haven't added a player in over 18 months. An 18 year old Skipp isn't the answer. KWP isnt the answer. These players are exhausted physically and probably mentally as well.

Bollox. They just put in a shift with 9 men when the chips are down in the second half. They should be working like that from the first whistle with eleven men.

It's just excuses. It's a mentality problem.

on the plus side. there was some heart in defending. moura showed something. So long as they take that into wednesday, theres some hope.

Even if, and it's a HUGE if we beat Ajax and get to the final what will be the point? To shove it down gooners throats and gloat that we got the CL final and equaled getting beat by Barca too? All the while looking fwd to Thursday nights again :(

I’m getting to the stage where I’m pretty much finished with football.

I turn into a complete and utter **** around everyone when we fail to win and I hate myself for it.

This club will always, always let you down.

Honestly, if I could turn it off I think I would. The highs aren’t worth the lows.

Huge effort by the 9 men, Son has let the club down big time getting sent off there and now not available for Everton. Foyth is a fucking idiot and has let the club down massively also to fucking do that in the circumstances.

We now have to get something vs Everton, we just need to get behind them and get over the fucking line, still in our hands.
