To lose our shit like that against a team who have nothing to play for and are still sponsored by local scaffolding firms is just a fucking embarrassments to be honest. You just can’t imagine any other team fucking it all up in quite the same style we manage to consistently pull off.

We simply don't deserve to finish top 4. Have gone backwards at speed since getting beaten by United.

Poch hasn't had the tactical nous or experience to change to stop the slide.

Getting past City has papered over a lot of cracks.

Burnley, Southampton, West Ham and today. Damn lucky to scrape by Brighton. Weren't at the races against Chelsea.

Right now we don't even look like we are capable of scoring nevermind actually beating anyone.

Pathetic.
tbf with the squad that we have had available to us, its a minor miracle we are still in third. Our injuries have massively dented our season.

To be fair the 9 players left on the pitch didnt have to do much as Bournmouth were shite.

Think we actually defended and covered ground brilliantly, but of course it helped that Bournmouth are shit.

I'm sure it came as an absolute shock to everyone here that we switched off from a set-piece and conceded.

Sonny better be keen to make amends on Wed...

Everton arent all that we can win next week... At home.

Fuckups from the other teams still very possible
Can't keep relying on others it was in our hands and as usual we can't cope with the challenge very poor.

Drop them for who?

We have no players
That’s the fucking problem, isn’t it? We’ve got some shit clogging up our squad/ bench which should have been dealt with over the last two windows. The arrogance of not strengthening the squad is astounding

Just don’t get how it’s mostly the same team that bossed their way to 2nd earlier in the season. Ok No Kane for parts but Poch has presided over the worst slump - lasting months - witnessed for years and is incapable of correcting it.

That was a childish display. When you watch proper teams with real men and real leaders play, you don't see this carry on. It's going to be an ugly week, and a rough summer.

We played well until the ref and Son conspired to ruin the game. Should have won that by at least two goals.

Horrendous refereeing but so so unprofessional from Son and Foyth. Poch must feel like punching them both.

You can’t go two seasons not signing a bloody single new player. Ever. Whichever team you are. Whichever position in the league you are. And when the new players are signed they take half a season to learn the drill. We were fucked up by ourselves not buying. There is no doubt now. And don’t dare mention that in any thread. I’m pissed with it all.

This is a catastrophe. We really could end up as THE laughing stock of the league... But that's what happens when you create 3 100% sitters and F them up...

We move on!

yep, the best thing is to be stoic about it - nothing we can do to change the result.

top4 is still very much possible if we get something from everton. If not, its a possibility i will go into complete meltdown mode like some other miserable fucks on here

Patience wearing thin with Foyth.
Mistake after mistake now utter stupidity flying into an unnecessary tackle in their half.
Why should we keep suffering while he’s ‘learning’?? If he’s not improving, fuck him off and find someone better.

I'm sorry but why were Bournemouth giving it their all - they have nothing to play for, surely? Why did they get niggly first half?
Cos we reacted like we did.they wound us up and
We had two sent off from those tactics
And ultimately afcb won. Pros still want to win even if ‘nothing to play for’
We had it all to play for and behaved like that. Most disappointed I’ve ever been with a single game

the only shock or possibly good news for the future is the ref today his assistants where the 1's that usually follow Mike Dean about. if it had been Dean Dier would of been off, which might of changed the outcome. needed to of put 1 or 2 of those early chances away and got punished. now we don't have a team strong enough to field v Everton

Just looking at the goal. Players running back instead of running out and attacking. Poor, poor defending.

Poch has made mistakes no doubt, but it's clear we've got too many players not good enough and he has to work in spite of that. You've then got the problem of fatigue from injury crises. It's draining for the players.
