The “10 days” thing has to be bollocks right?
1. Why would it need 10 days to negotiate the very fine details?
2. How can he have any idea how long a negotiation would take?
Not to mention probably every other journo around is saying it is agreed, including the most reliable French journo around, Mohamed Bouhafsi who has confirmed that the offer will be accepted.
