Footballing-wise I think the draw is great - but the Tel Aviv trip is very worrying security-wise - I hope every part of both journeys is thoroughly checked

I reckon you're probably about as safe travelling to Tel Aviv as you are into central London.

Just don't do the day trip to Gaza.

A couple of mates of mine went to the Israel v England game and were fine, had a great time. One even took his wife. I wouldn't worry.

Interestingly Spurs say Anderlecht away is either 5th or 6th, but Anderlecht's official site says its the 6th.

Anyone know for sure, need to book my Eurostar.

Cant complain about the draw, would have preferred Bryan Munchen though.

A good group for us. We need to use the group stages to turn our league form around and those teams aren't walk overs but they won't be too hard to beat, so hopefully that will help us.

One question about tel aviv though. Is it illegal to use the term 'yid' in Israel? I don't know if Israel view it as a racist term like the USA does.

According to Uefa the Anderlecht game is on the Thursday 6th December.

Just booked up Eurostar, cost £74 per person leaving Wednesday evening coming back Friday morning, if anyone is interested.

If we go for the toughest teams at home we may not necessarily win them and we could get crappy away draws against the shittiuer teams

We've got more chance of beating Anderlecht and Getafe at home and the other two away than we have beating the first two away and the other two at home. I'd be shocked if we couldn't win in Israel and Denmark and while I'm sure we could win in Spain and Belgium I'd prefer to give us the advantage where it might be needed.

Anyone know how the ticketing system works for european away games.

I work in Belgium during the week and am only 30 odd mins drive from Anderlect, so would like to go watch.

Do they get offered to Season ticket holders first, then members then general sale. How soon before the game do they get released?
