Tanganga looks like he'll be ready in a year. Impressed. Georgiu had some good moments too and put a couple of nice crosses in.

Didn't really get going in the second half, but we had a lot of reserves on up against their first team.
Overall we look sharp, compared to the opposition we're facing, and most of the group look hungry for work and with a bit of fire in their belly which is a good sign.

I think he needs a season of coming from the bench more and not being a guaranteed starter.

Plus points:
Winks and Ndombele looks as good as I thought it would.
Lamela very sprightly.
Kane, Eriksen, Dele looking sharp and fitter
Foyth, Tanganga, Skipp and Parrott looking promising.
Minus points:
Sonny still not quite on it yet.
Still need attacking reinforcements.
Nkoudou.

What impressed me from the lads in these preseason games was that they took all of them seriously, and not like some non-chalent overpaid bastards. Kudos to Poch for instilling these attitude.

Pretty good all round.
A bit more disjointed in the second half but with the changes etc, that's to be expected. Gutted for young Troy, a senior goal against RM, even in a friendly, would have been a nice thing for him to have.
Real didn't look very good though, apart from some of their youngsters and you just can't see Zidane putting that much faith in them this season.
Decent pre-season run out really.

Better he sticks and trains with the first team I think rather than brutes like Steve Bruce get hold off him

I don't know the answer to that one but he looked strong and calm. PL is a different animal to pre season but he looked comfortable. Made some good blocks too.
