I hope not to have mislead a few people with this title as the intention was not to compare Ramos 'the manager' to Ossie 'the player' or even manager. There records as managers are plain to see.
My point is altogether a different one, and one that brings a smile to my face as I listened to Ramos's first press conference and heard the glorious name of our beloved club in the same fashion that ossie used to pronounce it, yes we are 'Tottingham again'. That same Spanish pronunciation that made the corners of our mouths turn up, and I remember those years as a proud supporter, playing in finals, finishing in the top half of the league, playing with the Spurs swagger.
Maybe, just maybe we have been lacking that latino style.
Viva el 'Tottingham'
