If orient had a team ready to play it's not really fair they were prevented from doing so. A team made up of players isolated from the first sqaud could have been cobbled together. They're also right about being punished for accepting tests where others refused offers by Premier League clubs. Yes, their actions for the last game were negligent but that's a seperate issue. The one at hand yesy is whether they had 7 safe players available or not and they say they did.
But they didn't have a ground to play in so the game couldn't go ahead.
