Except Defoe.

Which means he misses the Citeh, Pompey and Woolwich games? Or do Carling Cup games count as well? hope they do, means he'll be back for the derby...

The Club can confirm that the appeal against Robbie Keane's red card for serious foul play has been rejected.
Robbie will now serve a three-match domestic suspension as a result of his dismissal in our Premier League fixture against Birmingham City on Sunday.

It should only count for Prem games.

All the same, it's typical that FA should stand by the bloody ref, even though every man and his dog knows Dowd got it wrong, and video proves that momentum caused the clash, and not malicious tackling.

The ref himself should have admitted he was wrong, made his apologuies for the error and had the card recinded.

Keane appeal rejected

Confirmed on Official site.

Was never going to get overturned, even though they know it was wrong, the brum players and management said it was wrong, TV evidence clearly showing it was wrong and 35,000 fans inside WHL knowing it was wrong we still had no chance of getting it rescinded, for the simple fact that the FA would have to admit that their referee who is paid shit loads of money to get these decisions right actually got it wrong and more importantly had a 4th official who by their own admission is not fit to pass judgement on premier league games had the final say on the decision. Now they can just sweep it under the carpet because its only tottenham and no1 really gives a fcuk! Imagine if that was Rooney, Terry, Gerrard or Fabregas? What a complete crock of sh!t.

stubborn bastards. Rather than admitt a mistake they take what they think is a firm stance when in reality the stronger thing to do would have been to admit the mistake. Bunch of clowns. An absolute laughing stock.

in this day and age they can not change a straight red to a yellow card but they can scrape the red if it was not a foul.

The FA need shooting, if it does not warrant a red card then they should change to a yellow, does the FA reallly want players to miss football matches??? :duh:

what chance has our national side got if they can not see a blatant challenge on the ball and not the player. These are the clowns searching for our new england manager..

even the player appologised to keano..
