It’s sad how quickly some fans have turned on Harry.
I'm just speaking for myself here.

I haven't turned on him and will support him whilst he is here, and I do understand the apathy towards the club due to the disappointing downfall.

But at the same time, there is a way of going about this and he isn't going about it in a respectful way. The needless interview with Neville, that was incredibly disrespectful to your employers. And the fans. Not too mention your team-mates and close friend, Ryan Mason. He brought needless speculation on when we were knee-deep in the trenches of fighting for CL places. Berbatov didn't even do that.

At the time, I had a tiny ounce of hope he had done that to get Levy and co to start acting bigger. But now we are getting these snide stories coming out it is confirming to us all what his intentions are. He wants out and he is going to force it but he doesn't want to say it directly.

If he believes he's got a second half to his career, why can't he just hang tight for three years and then leave on a free? He'll still have a few more years to get the trophies, won't he?

If someone offered any of us £400k per week to forget all about Tottenham who wouldn’t take it? Honestly.

He's supposed to be a Spurs fan He's supposed to love this club get Vlahovic in and keep Kane on bench at start of season.

Yeah, Kane isn't a die-hard Spurs fan. He was an Arsenal fan as a kid.

Obviously, he'll have some sort of affinity for us as he's come through the academy. But the idea that he's a proper fan like you or me is foolish IMO.

Still see it happening. Kane will hand in transfer request next week. City aren’t worried about spending that sort of money.
If city aren't worried about spending that money then why haven't they offered it?

They are 2 years into an ffp investigation by the FA/PL and have just lost the injuction to keep it quiet.

Handing in a transfer request or refusing to train risks Kane’s legacy and costs him money. He will only contemplate it if he is confident of his deal with City and that they will pay enough for Levy to go for it. High stakes roll of the dice, doesn’t sound like Kane unless he has been told something different behind the scenes.

Mate we had 2 league title challenges, CL final, Numerous League cup finals aswell we showed plenty of ambition 18 rough months and he's trying to ditch us. Yes Levy has done alot wrong especially during those 18 months but when shit got hard he wants to fuck off
Exactly! It's not like we have been struggling to get into the top four or sauntering in mid table for that duration. We actually had a very solid few years.

Meanwhile, Jack Grealish hasn't done or said anything to create a stir around him. He's handled his situation/speculation in the right way. Remained silent. No sneaky snide stories or interviews.

Then you have Sonny, who despite his clear disappointment and heartbreak last year has returned to the club in high spirits, signed a new contract, declared his love for the club and wants to continue trying to win here. Admirable.

He probably thinks by not saying what he wants out loud it keeps Spurs fans on side but sneaking off behind people's backs and trying to do things in secret is much much more damaging than being honest and upfront.

If I was already earning £300k per week with a young family I may think twice. As I’m earning about £40k a year I would obviously jump at it. Different scenarios…

Kane ain’t leaving for the increase in salary. He wants to go for the trophies and success. It’s slightly flawed as he wants to go to a doped club who have bought their success….but, for some, it is still success.

It’s true can’t see Villa fans kicking up such a stink as Jack hasn’t disrespected the club at all by going behind their back. It seems the transfer is all going through very professional and jack will probably remain a legend with Villa fans still.

You're getting a long way ahead of yourself.

You have no idea how Kane will treat the forthcoming negotiation. He may turn it into the tantrum of the ages and carry on in public, but that would go against his behaviour since he became a professional.

Or he could negotiate hard and silently behind closed doors and twist the arms of the club.

Or he could state his desires and, when told that he won't have them realised this summer, knuckle down and play much as Modric played in the season before he left.

You don't know. Neither do I. That makes your certainty look rather foolish.
If he wants to go he could hand in a transfer request! Of course like so many want away players he probably won’t do that because it will cost them money. They want to break their contract but they also want the club they currently are contractually obligated to to pay them a loyalty bonus!!!! Their greed and total lack of integrity is astounding although in the modern day sadly not surprising.

100% way he's acted he shouldn't be allowed the loyalty bonis he's obviously trying desperately to keep by not handing in a transfer request

It’s sad how quickly some fans have turned on Harry.

Not turned on him at all.

Just sad he doesn’t quite feel for Spurs what we thought, I have to say when Pochettino was here he talked of being a Totti style one club legend.

A year of Mourinho and he wants oil doped trophies at any cost, he expresses more love for Jose these days than Tottenham.

we really did let the devil in.

Ultimately I blame ENIC for letting us fall so badly that he feels the need to leave but I do wonder if it'd really be worth it in the long run.

Are the board supposed to put boots on and score the goals he hasn't in any of the finals and semis he's been in?
