Charlie Kane would sit in the stands as a fan. Does he realise he can never do that again now? Does he realise that he would probably be assaulted by someone if he attempted to watch "his team"?

The situation is getting worse. I'd say he's right up there with Sol Campbell.

Funny thing is, I want him gone, he actually makes me sick. But this is all to get his way and move and I really, really don't want him to get his way. So I'd love it if we could find a way to not sell. Keep him and bench him. Not easy, I know, especially on 200k a week. But that would make such a wonderful statement. This **** should not get his own way. We should bring him on every game in the 89th minute and just boo him. Who the fuck does he think he is?

We ARE a community, I agree - but ‘BSoDL’ has been a ‘thing’ for a while now - You don’t see that as ‘baiting fellow Spurs fans’?

People are called out for defending DL - why shouldn’t the same go for those who are still defending HK?
It was a thing. A stupid thing. And so is this. Thinking a player is 'legendary' is subjective and opinion based. You don't think of him as one, that's fair. But to continue calling those why wish to remember his records regardless of this current nonsense as 'BSoHK' is incredibly childish and asking for trouble.

Harry has been one of our greatest ever players. I think he was 100% Tottenham until the end of the 18/19 season. Around about then, you could tell that he wasn’t a one club man.

He’s been with the club forever. But I never got the sense he was a Gerrard. Never have had the sense that there’d be some sort of internal strife within him at the thought of leaving to achieve his goals.

But you don’t try and engineer a move like this. He’s just been so poorly advised here.

It's all well and good wanting him gone, but someone has to pay up. Doesn't look like City now with Grealish heading there. Unless they have a fire sale I just can't see them doing it.

No way City are going to stump up 160/180 million after buying Grealish lol.

Harry is coming back with his tail between his legs...big time.

Great money for Villa. Grealish sold his soul to the devil, better get those trophies.
Villa were never going to win anything. And he hasn't been a dick to them. He stuck with them when they went down, kept them up the next season on the final day. He leaves with a lot more respect than the England captain.

He gets out of it if City put in a mega bid before he returns to training.

At least that is what the Kane camp must be thinking.

What's their plan if Citeh don't though? It's going to take the mother of all grovelling apologies to get his Spurs teammates, the club hierarchy and the fans back onside.

The fact he hasn't even bothered to meet the new manager and DoF yet really is a childish move from him. Dug himself a massive hole which I don't see how it gets out of, managed to alienate the only fans that ever loved him.

Following up the boycott of work with a pit stop in fucking Florida of all places to delay it even further, and now this?

I could never imagine even the worst arsehole deadbeat football players doing this. Terry wouldn't. Cole wouldn't. Even fucking Judas wouldn't take it this far.

It's so comically, cartoonishly over the top.

Ain't watched Game of Thrones but which is the more implausible sudden character change, Deanerys or Kane? Benioff and Weiss must be feeling vindicated rn.

I want ? gone now. There's no way he can play for the club again after disrespecting the club, manager, team mates and fans. I hope city pay up £150m. However we really need to be spending the money before ? is sold, rather then leaving it until the end of Aug.

The second sentence is why City think they can get him for £100m, having helped facilitate that situation.

We have to be willing to keep him unless the fee is significantly increased.

I think if you asked most non-Villa fans at the start of the summer what the price for Grealish was I reckon it'd average out around £80m. City have definitely paid a premium for him.

I actually think they are better off out of this deal.

Makes it doubly frustrating that both City and Kane are trying to screw us for a massive discount. I don't think anyone would have said £100-120m for Kane. Even Neville said £200m to Kane's face.

It’s getting so bad that we might actually start singing, ‘he’s one of your own, he’s one of your own, Harry Kane he’s one of your own’ when we play Arsenal.
