:-(

Not only do I think that he'll be good for Chelsea, but I also think it's quite sad that they can sign loads of Africans, safe in the knowledge that every 2 years they can go and spend 10s of millions of pounds, and not even notice it. It's sad really that any club is in a position to do that.

Plus it's a right **** he'll probably make his debut vs us :-(

Cisse to Bolton? The talk I've heard is that Megson would only let Anelka go if he was getting Djibril Cisse from Marseille.

Chelsea Sign Anelka - in time for Spurs game

Source: BBC Football:

Chelsea will complete a £15m deal to sign Bolton's French striker Nicolas Anelka on Friday.
BBC Sport understands that only formalities remain and the 28-year-old will sign in time to figure in Saturday's game against Spurs.

I don't know about anyone else, but this could mean trouble, not that it won't be difficult enough.

They play one up... how are they going to accomodate Drogba, Sheva, Pizarro and Anelka. You just can't drop Drogba. Are they gonna change their system?

He's a class act, you can't deny. He's been clinical this season too. Nowt our Ledders can't handle though

I'll put v-dosh on Drogba going at the end of the season - Real or AC.

Bugger... that makes me rather less positive than I had been feeling about the game...

Well, I guess if we can spend £16million on a reserve, they can too...
