This is the Edouard that so so many people on here were trying to tell me wasn’t good enough.

There are many players out there that would add a cutting edge and dynamism to this squad and yet we seem content to persist with “solid” yet unspectacular players.
If he was playing for us he wouldn't have touched the ball today.

Laughable.

Only positives I can pick out are I think Lucas looked great first half and certainly our most dangerous player. Emerson I thought started well to be honest. In time he'll be good.

But my word we need better depth. Should have brought on Ndombele/Gil at half time.

We got what we deserved for a terrible performance. However, how was that not a foul on Lucas prior to the Tanganga/Zaha incident? Also Zaha should have seen red. Not defending Japhet either, he was stupid to challenge minutes after a booking.

Nuno has a lot of work to do. The South America debacle, injuries to Son/Bergwin and now Dier have ruined us. Kane looked disinterested the whole game. Saddens me.

There you go Nuno, goal difference back to 0. Couldn’t even save that by not going for it… maybe you should have gone for it. Infuriating.
Have no idea which players and what in our set up gave him the impression our defence is so solid we can win things being so devoid of creativity and attacking sense, instead emphasising on defensive tactics even against fucking Crystal Palace.

Not playing Gil is fucking criminal. He's not not yet ready Nuno, you are.

Nuno's reign will be mightily short if he continues with a brand of football as turgid as this.

This performance is absolutely unacceptable irrespective of players being unavailable.

People will complain but if we come out of this with a clean sheet then that will show some real fight. Half the team out injured, down to ten men, under the cosh for most of the game at one of the most hostile grounds in the league... Would be a huge point.

Morgan Freeman voiceover: “They did not come out of it with a clean sheet.”

Where are the goals going to come from besides Kane and Son? You need 70 goals to finish in the top 4 this season, most likely. We have 1 goal from open play in 4 matches, which is likely to be 1 open play goal in 5 matches after Chelsea next weekend. In most seasons, that would have you bottom of the table.

If Nuno doesn't integrate Lo Celso, Ndombele and Gil into the starting lineup as soon as possible, there's no way this team finishes in the top 6, let alone top 4.

A mate of mine who's a Celtic fan, said we should buy Eduoard in the summer. Then a few weeks ago he said it again, after he went to Palace. Seems to be decent.
We wasted all summer pretending we’d sign a striker and once again didn’t do anything. We’ve just one striker at the club who has no interest in being there. Our recruitment yet again absolutely shite.

As I have been saying for days,, we should have gone 3 at the back, with wing backs.
But of course, even with the right formation we probably don't win on the evidence of this pitiful performance.
Thank goodness the South Americans will be back for Chelsea

Reacting reacting reacting, not once we were active in a single way. We subbed after an injury and a red card and we did not care to make a third sub again. What the heck?

Shocking day at the office. Got two goals by another back up striker we rejected because we are fine with no one

This is worrying from Nuno. Early days but the team selection, the tactics and the lack of changes are all down to him. Never looked like he wanted to win the game.
