Every single time Winks steps on the pitch this happens. He must look like Modric in training to keep getting these opportunities.

I have a soft spot for Lucas mainly for his Ajax performance and continuous running. But when he's not running, he's done. Costantly putting us under pressure with poor passes all game.

I'm all for him to go if Conte wanna sell.

How many times do we have to see a defender play the ball to Moura, while Moura is rushing back towards the defenders and miss control it? I don't get why we don't have a 3rd man in midfield. It must be so easy for Leeds to play against us when they can just mark our midfielders and let Moura give the ball away again and again.
3 center backs against a false 9 setup. Pretty poor from Conte tbqh.

How many fucking times is Winks going to bamboozle managers into playing him. I genuinely think it’s because he’s probably one of the easiest guys to be around in training who follows instruction to the tee but it’s just that he carries out almost every task so poorly. He can’t tie Ndombele’s laces but because Ndombele is too fancy for Conte (and the other managers we’ve had recently) we’re getting this fraud. Sooner he’s gone the better.

Literally this. Clearly been sucking up hard to Conte the last few weeks. But now Tony is realising hes a terrible footballer that has no place in the team. Dissapointed he wasnt aware of this already though and makes me wonder if he had watched much of us in the last year or so

I'm starting to fear our entire new manager bounce was a 1-0 win against Burnley.

This is very worrying. Like so many 'lesser' teams, Leeds aren't just playing better football than us, they're playing different football. Leeds are hunting in groups of three or four, alwyas supporting the ball carrier, wherever he goes, whereas we're playing a sort of zonal defence, all over the pitch, even when we're in possession. Is that what Conte wants? Because he's supposed to be a manager who insists that the players buy into his philosophy, so why isn't he raging on the touchline? If this is what he wants, then we've got ourselves another boring, old fashioned, defensive manager.

I get why they're booing but NOTHING good comes from booing has anyone seen anything good come from booing? You can get a manager sacked (do we already want that?)
you know what comes from booing?
Players that are scared to make mistakes, which causes indecision and making the safe option, (yes there is an even safe option) which means more backwards more sideways, more dwelling 'I don't want to be booed so I'll just give it to someone else. '

Get behind the fucking team! the players have already hamstrung the new manager, we don't need the fans contributing too.

COYS!

Lucas is 100% part of the problem. Nothing to do with being a scapegoat. He creates nothing, puts us under pressure with awful first touches and consistently ignores good passes for bad ones.
I would like to see Gil replace him with the authority to drop into space in the middle. Kane keeps getting the ball and looking upfield to no one.

This ticket price shit does my head in. Are you a supporter or a customer?
Not having that. The price reflects the product, as in anything you buy. If they charge us top top prices we are perfectly in line to demand an experience commensurate with that price. Otherwise we're just being bloody mugs.

One positive, I don’t think Levy will have the balls to use ‘the squad is good enough’ excuse with Conte! ?
I wouldn’t bet on that. Zero faith in Levy, he is a major part of the problem, but he can’t be sacked dispute overseeing so many failures.

Off topic but it's a bit fucking weird for a manager to do a sit down interview hours after he's been sacked isn't it?

are you saying you're OK with that first half performance? or you're OK with getting totally outplayed by a team 4th from bottom with half their side out?

because i'm not.
I never said I’m not disappointed by it, but we’ve got to be patient, and booing at half time of a managers first home league game isn’t the answer. That was my point.
