Conte might know but does Dier or Rodon ??
True, Dier has been very good this season but i always fear a loss of concentration and a silly mistake from all our defenders and bang theres a goal. Would feel more confident if i knew we look like scoring more.
I trust Conte tho, hopecully he gets backed this transfer window.

I haven’t been following too closely but seen mention yesterday of possible Covid issues. Is this game in danger of being cancelled?

I read somewhere Tuchel has said he play against us tomorrow. I fear he would be on a mission to prove to Tuchel he deserves to play, not looking forward to him against our defence even tho Conte has improved it considerably.
Hopefully i'm wrong.
You'd like to think if there was one man who knew how to limit Lukaku it would be Conte.

Well up for this, I really think we can do these over two legs. Come away with a nice 2-2 draw, 3-1 home win. Do the Gooners in the final :)

My problem with this semi final is why is it still two legged, considering postponement of games resulting in the current climate of fixture congestion due to covid and weather.

Its one extra game for crying out loud - we have already dropped out of Europe (still hope we appeal) there are no cup replays heaven help anyone if we have a cold snap and a few games get called off

Sorry if it’s been mentioned, just read the last couple pages… are away goals dead in all competitions now? Or just certain ones?

Chelsea have progressed from/won four of their previous seven League Cup ties against Tottenham, including two of the previous three semi-final meetings between the pair (1971-72 and 2018-19).
Tottenham have never won away against Chelsea in the League Cup, drawing one and losing three of their visits to Stamford Bridge in the competition.

Even with Conte in charge I expect us to lose this one. Would be very happy with a draw.

No away goals in this competition for 2-3 yrs. uefa changed it this season. That would appear to be the end of it

On TFC forum there's a post saying two Chelsea players have tested positive for Covid
See if the story has legs

I think we all know that Lukaku is going to play. Just our luck really, he says his apology and it's nailed on, if he plays, he gets man of the match and he's forgiven with the Chelsea fans.

I know this is just hearsay but I hope this doesn’t lead to an issues preventing us from playing. If it’s true which who knows.
