Two paths from here:
1) keep conte and invest heavily
2) bring poch and go on with a project

most importantly, communicate with fans about the path, whichever it is

Honestly don't want either at this point.

With Bentancur and Kulu unavailable, Son and Bissouma playing like they have and Hugo gifting goals, I’m not sure how much more Conte could have done today to influence the result. How do you get more out of that lot?
Oh no come on, the whole ethos has nothing to offer when you have to be the games protagonists playing with the ball trying to break teams down. There is literally zero patterns of play or ideas or clear identity. One off passes with no rhyme or reason. Shuffle the ball around a bit in entirely safe areas, then either someone hopefully sprays it over the top or we go wide and sling a low percentage cross in. Win, lose, or draw that match it was horrifically basic beyond belief.

There are a myriad of problems but one is absolutely the manager. For £15 million a year this really isn't good enough, it's a total failure of coaching. You can't just have one plan of football: 5-4-1 defence, soak up pressure, some up back throughs to get out and attack/counter into space. Teams have worked it out, we've got nothing in response.

We are also nowhere near the relegation zone, imo we are in the exact position we should be going on squad talent. Would you not agree?
We’re in relegation form. We are being propped up by our start of the season which included some outrageously lucky victories.

both options require heavy (and smart) investment; problem with 1) is that you don't decide whether or not to keep Conte, he decides if he wants to walk or not

It’s just soo sad, the last 5 years have just killed any interest in a club I have supported for 35 years, I just don’t care anymore. There was barely a flicker of emotion when Villa scored and I was barely watching anyway, I feel nothing.
I used to spend a lot of money at the club, going regularly, memberships etc, but the club hasn’t had a penny off me for 3 years and won’t get anymore.

You can blame the players, various managers etc etc, but the only constant has been DL, in the end, he’s the boss, the bucks stops with him, this has fallen on his watch and he must take responsibility.

There is a culture of not winning at this club, and that has to come from the top down, there are no more excuses, how the club is run on the footballing side of things is wrong, and that comes from the top.

Thanks for the stadium, thanks for the training ground and increased revenue, but please step aside and let someone else have a go, give the people who obviously care a great deal about this club what they want before it’s too late.

Sadly I feel it’s too late for me, I just don’t care anymore, so thanks for taking that away from me you poison little dwarf.

Well expect years more of the same then. Levy is the lowest common denominator in all this.
Levy is the common denominator in every failure for so long now, managers heads roll, various people are sacked. Somehow the bean counter remains and we win nothing.

Keep Conte and get a billionaire owner. I’m bored of being a well run club off the field but nothing to show on it.
Agree 100% ?

Plus’s the fact that our ITK’s suggest that Levy and ENIC have no real desire to back Conte in the January Transfer Market.
I hope it changes but we currently see a season where we get no European football and Arsenal win the League.

I’m no football manager but Conte’s insistence on 3/4/3 even when the players who can play best in that formation are unavailable is unacceptable at this level.
He plays Gil who we all know he doesn’t rate so he can play his 3/4/3. If Son and Kane are the only attacking players available play 3/5/2.
If you play two in midfield and don’t press the ball any team at this level is going to pass round you. This isn’t Italy where you can take liberties with bottom half teams.
Conte needs to go as his stubbornness is hindering the team.
ENIC are also to blame, however the managers role should be to motivate players and put them in a formation which has the best chance to win a game.

So so so so poor! Just shambolic! We have zero creativity without Kulusevski and Bentancur. If we don't invest in Jan on some quality players, I honestly give up!
30m.... 300m aint enough! We need a GK RB LB 3 CBs another CM and 2 more forwards to be honest. We're fucked.

That was bad on so many levels. Conte needs to decide what he is doing about his contract and if he’s staying. It’s having a detrimental effect on the team IMO. New year-same Tottenham. Something needs to give/happen.

JM or NS served that up today - there would be fireballs thrown from stands. Change needed. He doesn’t want to be there. Realises players are shit and can’t change it.

I would be happy if we never played 3 centre backs again. The experiment has not worked.

Mate look at his winning as a manager? Look at Mourinho and his winnings? We are the common denominator.
This is nonsense. You don’t support a manager based on what they’ve achieved previously when they’re serving up the bollocks we have had to endure since day 1 of this season.
