Son Kane Kulu
Danjuma Richarlison Zaniolo

Gil out on loan? Or am I'm being too presumptuous?
id say literally a zero percent shot this is a thing. this is 100% instead of Zaniolo, way cheaper, we can just send him back at end of year and reload with our new manager and what they might want.

I’d like to address a few things

1. What type of deal is this meant to be? If it’s a loan then there are some serious overreactions in here over this

2. No one knows if this effects other business or if we’ve decided to give Conte 1 more option on top of what we already plan to do, like I said if it’s a loan then it’s no big deal, it’s just another option for 6 months

3. Conte has said we lack players with 1v1 ability and Danjuma has that in spades, his acceleration and power is great and he’s a good finisher. He actually fits the Conte way of playing in producing 1v1 events and capitalising on that

4. He was really fucking good last season. Does anyone know exactly why he’s fallen out of favour this year?

He'd be a good addition, but maybe not in the right area we truly need as of yet.

Be good succession planning for Sonny.

He tore Dalot a new one v United in UCL back end of '21.

Both Liverpool and United amongst those named as previously holding an interest.

If we could snaffle BOTH him and Zaniolo, happy days. But i'll also not be too quick to write off Danjuma if it was him alone.
I appreciate you looking at the positive side, but in truth we're competing against Everton and Bournemouth for his signature.

Makes a lot of sense if the rumours of Sporting wanting Gil on loan to close out the Porro deal are true.

If that’s the case then it sounds like a win/win; seal Porro while giving Gil an extended run for experience while we cover with a CL proven squad option.

OK so told the Danjuma stuff is true, agent led and we've bitten.

LEVY OUT!!!
Oh FFS, was hoping worst case this was in addition to Zaniolo not instead. Levy is a complete disaster

We need something like a swear jar at the training ground, every time Levy wants to bite on a 'club signing' deal he puts the money he would have spent in there. Every other summer we could get an 80m player the manager actually wants.

We are short up front, but this just feels weird and chaotic

Buy option might be included according to Fab

much better deal than Zaniolo. i’m in the we can’t back a manager who won’t sign on camp, so for long term squad planning this is a good signing and a potential son replacement.

We lacked a right wing back in the summer , got someone in who Conte didn't really want and you saw the outcome.

Forget your opinion on the player because he could be Mbappe but if the manager won't play him and will likely throw a tantrum about him being here what's the point?

This is what happens over and over again which is why people are getting worked up about it.

Wow. This guy is like the JJ of Everton so I guess it's true.

Everyone is assuming this means Zaniolo is off the table. I wouldn't be so certain. Zaniolo is a rotation option for Kulu, where as Danjuma would be rotation for Son. Richarlison, rotation for Kane. That's a pretty strong front line whatever way you cut it.

Son Kane Kulu
Danjuma Richarlison Zaniolo

Gil out on loan? Or am I'm being too presumptuous?

Let Lucas leave now if has an offer he likes, Gil on a good loan ... and bring in Zaniolo AND Danjuma as rotation then yes, decent outcome on paper. But only if it is what Conte has approved and wanted.

Again, that may be.

But should value for money or backing the manager with what he has set out as his primary targets and requirements be the driving force behind transfers?

Us fans dont know whats happening behind the scenes. Conte has 6month left on contract. He may very well leave in summer.

Porro is coming permanently (hopefully). After this, if we get Zaniolo or Danjuma on loan, I am ok with both.

I remember Conte saying in one of the presser that we are missing players who can beat their man. Danjuma can certainly beat his man and put a pass or cross in. So, am sure Conte will be satisfied. If Zaniolo was never mentioned & if you tell me, we getting Danjuma for 6 months, I would ofcourse take it.

It's not exciting but why does everyone assume already he's a bad signing and done without Conte aproving?

Why are people ignoring the fact that we were reportedly interested in the summer? This hasn't just cropped up today out of nowhere.
