I hope Emerson, Romero & Bentancur are working on their English skills as they seem to have such personalities.

credit where it’s due yet again, i’ve certainly been vocal about wanting him dropped in the past but I honestly want him to keep making me and the rest of his early-days doubters look like mugs with these performances. Very likeable person and now he’s got the performances to match, well done Emerson!!

I did find it funny that the one time he found himself on the outside and went to cross it hit like the 1st or 2nd defender. The change of tactical role for him has been an inspired decision. Really brings out all his strengths. Hope to see more of the same from him.

I was there today and this guy was immense. I was as big a critic as anyone of him but, the turnaround in his performances recently particularly under the huge pressure that all the derision must have been putting on him is just incredible. The mental strength and positive attitude of this man is very impressive, many would have crumbled but he’s said to himself ‘no, I’m gonna prove you f***ers wrong’ and I for one am munching on a very humble pie right now…

What’s that three or four games on the spin now where he could have been mom?
I still see him as a RCB in a three, I honestly think he’ll be phenomenal!

His no look passes and flicks are just the icing on the cake. Great to see his confidence. Great game. Baller.

Well I'll hold my hands up too, having mercilessly criticised him in recent weeks. No matter what one says it's the performances that count and he's put in a few of late.

Hopefully, Porro's signing will give him the needed boot up the arse to perform even better than he has been.
