Its the coaching 100%
Not Mason specifically.

But they have bad habits ingrained in them and it's gonna take a while or at least a totally different coaching group to get that out of them.

Porro is the worse of the two right side defenders, but honestly Romero is inexcusable. He just doesn't care. He goes upfield and stays there. He goes all in in reckless challenges. He has given up. And that was the story earlier in the season too.
None of those two should return for the second half. Play a kid for all I care. They have sabotaged the whole effort.
