‘Moist’ loan stipulates somewhere between 50-75% coverage of salary and an option to buy. Anything more in terms of coverage of salary starts to get to be a ‘dripping’ loan. Partial coverage and obligation = ‘wet.’ Full coverage and obligation = you got yourself a ‘sopping’ loan. Please save this for future use.
I'm still wondering when exactly it was that commercial aviation leasing terminology went mainstream. And why....

Remember being in Portugal a few days after we'd signed him and saw a young lad with a Ndombele Spurs shirt on already, got me thinking we really are moving in the right direction now, little did I know!

My lad has had Ndombele, Lo Celso, Winks and Spence on the back of an assortment of jerseys.

Think he may be the common denominator here. In his first 7 home games, we won 1 and lost 6 scoring just 2 goals.

Might send him off to support Woolwich.

My sister went through a spell like that in the early 2000's, her notable choices were:

Giovani
Positga
Ziegler

By the time NDombele came about she'd stopped buying shirts.

Glad we are able to move him along, not really anything else that can be said about Tanguy that hasnt already. If he finds his home, his mojo and can enjoy playing he'll provide some entertainment. Good luck to him

Just read elsewhere that we are paying 1m of his wages with the majority being paid by Gala. That at least helps I guess.

*edit - Euros also

Loan is best we can hope for, so this is great news.

No one in their right mind is going to pay a fee for this waster.

It’s just damage limitation with Tanguy. Appalling signing and partly our fault for not doing proper research before we pulled the trigger as all the red flags were there.
It’s such a shame as the talent is there for all to see. One day he might look back on his career and wonder what might have been….

I know we'll never find out but would love to know what the players think of him. All lads at that level are born talented but some like Kane, Skipp etc always talk about how hard they worked and continue to work at it and then this lad trundles on out to the training pitch late and does some moves some of them couldn't even do on FIFA.

He'll be shipped back and this exact same last-minute scenario will repeat itself next year with whichever club is stupid enough to take a punt on him.

I wonder how much of his wages they're paying. I bet it's a pittance.
