Hard watch, thinking what could have been, and watching this bunch of shit celebrating.

The two absolute idiots aside, they have been heroic. Incredible effort and fitness levels. Love this club.

So fucking annoying Romero chose tonight to be a dickhead. Keep 11 men on there and we’re cruising to victory. Gutted but proud.

I agree with Hoddle too. Playing that high line with 9 men is dumb. Liverpool had 9 against us and we struggled to break them down and got an OG in added time. Chelsea were able to walk goals in here because we played at the halfway line with 2 men fewer and no pressure on the ball. Just dumb.
We were actually close to equalize the game...

Absolutely loved that. What a game of football, sure we lost but my good what a performance. At no point were they better than us.
Those left of the pitch stood tall and we can be fucking proud of that!
Well done to those in the stadium, sung all the way through

If nothing else, Ange had learned a lot about the squad today.

Dier might just be worth keeping around after all and PEH is absolutely vital midfield depth.

Kulu and Son worked tirelessly as per.

Man, I've never been so pumped after a defeat before.

Stupid from Romero and Udogie. But the rest of those absolute nutters ran themselves into the ground trying to stay in the game and even win. We stayed true to our style of play, the crowd were loid and clearly the manager has got the players fighting for each other. Up the Spurs

Im not to sure if it works the same as offside, like when someone offside is fouled in the box the offside overwrites the penalty, surely there is an argument about sterling diving from the missing VDV tackle which is then a free kick to us and is the first action so anything after that is a non factor

There's playing your way and there's knowing when you should adapt to suit the match conditions. Being down to 9 men and having slow players in your defence against a team of speedsters when you still have a point in hand is just naïve.

Pragmatism Vs dogmatism.
early on in his tenure .. it could be a learning less drilling anges ethos in.. we never stop we never Give up.
Depends on how we react after this

I meant more in the sense of going forward. Those injuries and suspensions are gutting.
Oh, can't disagree with that. But it's a sign the team will work and the replacements who came in adapted well I thought. I think it's still a sign of positives, in what is still a very young team.

Honestly if James is sent off we win that game, even if Udogie went afterwards I think we win 9 vs 10. But I’d rather have lost by more than lost Maddison and VDV

Im still not 100% convinced that Romero intentionally went for the hack on his international team mate. Thats a normal challenge most of the time for him.
