8 points not insurmountable . First year City won the prem lge. 6 games to go, Man Utd top …Ferguson still in charge. Utd 8 points clear of City. City won all 6 games , Utd W 3. D1…L 2. 10pms. City win on goal difference.Yeah and I’ve read/heard a few journos say that a Liverpool win this weekend would knock Arsenal out of the race, so they seem to have decided that a 7/8 point gap is the cut-off. Considering Liverpool have only lost once this season that seems fair enough.
Tomorrow is a massive game for Arteta. If Arsenal were to be ‘knocked out’ of the title race as early as February, and not get beyond the Q/Fs of the Champions League I can imagine a lot of their fans getting the hump and the whole mood around the club shifting. If they win then they are right back in it having seemingly come through their little slump. FWIW I think they will win tomorrow.
Is it Bin Laden?AFTV latest video and choice of interviewee says everything about their fanbase.
I know we are not allowed to talk about the subject here so not looking for a discussion but just something to highlight.
Worse. Piers Morgan. Is it Bin Laden?
Never saw the game, but did see the score line. My question: Is arsenal that good or did West Ham literally roll over for them?
Bit of both. West Ham were poor, but Arsenal still had to take advantage and played some good stuff to be honest.Never saw the game, but did see the score line. My question: Is arsenal that good or did West Ham literally roll over for them?
Arsenal were at it. They looked sharp and dangerous throughout. But West Ham were pathetic. If Arsenal had wanted 10 they could have got it. Where I live I’m a similar distance from Peterborough Utd, Cambridge Utd, Stevenage and MK Dons. I honestly think any one of those would have put up more resistance than West Ham did yesterday.Never saw the game, but did see the score line. Not sure why they always roll over for them, but play like it’s a final against us!Arsenal were at it. They looked sharp and dangerous throughout. But West Ham were pathetic. Even early on there was no intensity from West Ham. A couple of times Bowen and Kudus had a chance to run at Arsenal’s defence on the counter and it seemed like nobody in a West Ham shirt was bothered about getting up to support them. Once the first goal was scored (which was far too easy from a corner) it seemed like West Ham just stood and watched from then on. It was reminiscent of the worst Southampton performances under Hassenhutl.
Yeah I hate West ham for that. I really want them relegated. It seems that their only achievement is to take points off us each and every season. Not sure why they always roll over for them, but play like it’s a final against us!

Yea to be fair at PL level you have to be a pretty good side to score 6+ goals against any other PL opponent tbh, doesn’t happen particularly often, credit where it’s due.Bit of both. West Ham were poor, but Arsenal still had to take advantage and played some good stuff to be honest.
Tbf to Legohead, having watched the clip he was just trying to avoid saying anything too headline-grabbing because he and everyone else knows Mbappe is Madrid-bound (as noted by both himself and the journalist). It’s the kind of bullshit journalism I hate where they have asked the question so that they could publish a headline whatever Arteta gave as an answer.Oh boy
